Using collaboration, communication, and innovation to foster a vibrant community that is welcoming to citizens, businesses, and visitors.
Ongoing collaboration to enhance the community and support local businesses.
In the fall of 2021, the former NPBCA board made the decision to dissolve, leading to a fresh start and the creation of NPact. With strategic planning funds in hand and a $5,500 contribution from local businesses, we collaborated closely with the Mayor to form a new organization that could better serve our community.
To ensure the new organization reflected the community’s needs and aspirations, we conducted surveys via email, social media, printed materials, and personal outreach. We also assembled a strategic planning committee composed of local business leaders and educators. Together, we developed a roadmap, established by-laws, and named the organization NPact.
Today, NPact is guided by a Board of Trustees and supported by an advisory committee, a strong partnership with the city, and a dedicated team of community volunteers, all working together to make a positive impact in our area.
